Orders & Production
How do I know my order has been received?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
How long does production take?
Each artwork is made to order. Production times typically range between 3–7 business days depending on the artwork size, finish, and current order volume.
Do you keep stock available?
Most artworks are produced on demand to ensure quality control and customization options.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Order changes may be possible within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement if processing has not yet begun. Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
Can I request a custom size?
In some cases, custom dimensions may be possible depending on the artwork proportions and production limitations. Please contact us first with the size you are looking for so we can confirm whether it is within our production capabilities.
Can I order a custom artwork or personalized piece?
Yes. We offer selected custom artworks including map-based pieces, coordinates, typography concepts, and personalized designs upon request. Pricing may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project.
How do I apply a discount code to my order?
Discount codes can be applied during checkout. Simply enter your code in the designated field before completing payment to update your total.

What materials do you use?

Are the prints framed?
Yes. All artworks are sold exclusively as ready-to-hang canvas prints.
What type of frame do you use?

Will colors look exactly the same in person?
Minor color variations may occur due to monitor calibration and lighting conditions, but every artwork is carefully optimized for accurate print reproduction.

Damaged Orders & Refunds
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of both the artwork and the packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
What evidence is required for a damaged item claim?
To process a damage claim, we require clear photographic evidence of:
- The damaged artwork
- The external packaging
- Any visible shipping damage
In some cases, the courier may also require confirmation that the package was received damaged upon delivery.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once a refund has been approved, processing typically takes 7–10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Can I return my order?
Because all artworks are made to order, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Are the artworks original?

Can I preview how the artwork looks in a room?
Many artworks include lifestyle mockups for visual reference. Actual proportions and scale may vary depending on the selected size.
